We are pleased to announce the official registration of Hi-Tech Company Private Limited (Gelephu Branch) with the Gelephu Corporate Registration Office, Gelephu Mindfulness City Authority.
Our registration was officially validated on 1 October 2026, marking an important milestone in Hi-Tech Company’s expansion and establishment within the Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC).
This new corporate structure provides a strong legal and strategic platform for the Company to pursue a broad range of opportunities, including commercial ventures, technology-driven initiatives, infrastructure development, and strategic investments aligned with the emerging opportunities in the region.
